Recycling facility

Task: E-mobility as an alternative to mobility with combustion engines has been experiencing a sustained upswing for years. Accumulators provide the environmentally friendly "fuel" for this. However, their production is costly and requires a lot of resources. Likewise, the recycling of batteries, which in principle contain many recyclable basic materials, has not been all that good from an ecological point of view.

Task: Development of a new bicycle
Solution: Together with the company Benno Bikes LLC from the USA, a new bicycle was created. This was done with the design of Benno Baenziger and with the help of Samuel Weishaupt in terms of manufacturing and prototyping here in Appenzell. The entire development of the bicycle corresponds to a classic proof-of-concept model.

Pfefferbeere Food Dispencer

Solution: Consultation, assessment and testing on site at the supplier in Italy. The installation took place in the production kitchen in Bühler. In addition, a compressed air system was installed for filling the food.
